Why Allergy Music? Growing up with allergies was tough as I didn't know anyone else like me! I wanted to create a resource that could help others feel connected and special. Allergies can be managed and the music is meant to empower and prove that those ol' food allergies will never slow us down!

Allergic Reactions: I always double check ingredient labels, educate my friends about anaphylaxis, and play it very safe when dining out or traveling. Accidents can happen and that is why I always carry my epinephrine auto-injector (in a funky pouch!) with me at all times as well as wear a MedicAlert id.
